SMALL HYDROPLANES
A GERMAN INVENTION.

PARIS, 26th February.
The Berlin correspondent of the "Echo de Paris" describes a new small hydroplane of German make for use with submarines. It is capable of being rapidly encased in a tube twenty-two feet in length. These tubes would be lashed to submarine bridges. Several of these hydroplanes were recently despatched to the Argentine, where Germany is constructing submarines.
