SYDNEY, This Day. As a consequence of the chairman of the Coal Tribunal informing the representative of th» Victoria miners that the tribunal had no power to deal with the dispute at Wonthaggi, the representatives of miners intimated that the strike would probably extend to another State in order to make an Interstate dispute, so as it would come within the jurisdiction of the tribunal.
