FRENCH STAFF TOO SMALL

The "Daily Chronicle's" Cologne correspondent states that the French rail-' way force of 3500 is a ridioukmsly small one with which- to endeavour to conduct the most involved railway area in the world, with 700 stations needing 70,000 skilled men.
