BERLIN, 30th January. Two hundred delegates of the miners, metalworkers, engineers, and stokers unions in conference at Bachum passed a resolution to stand by the Government in its fight against the French, move to _ cut off the Ruhr and establish a new cdinage, etc., but warned the Government against violent methods and urged the renewal of efforts for a peaceful understanding.
