\, (RICTIK'S miORAH.) (Received 31st January, 11 a.nu) LONDON, 30th January. A largely attended meeting of the Parliamentary Labour Party in London instructed Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald to communicate with the Premier in regard to the Ruhr, and request that Parliament "should be called earlier than* 13th February in order that the situation can be discussed.
