The Outlying Districts Committee of the City Council has invited all local Ratepayers' Associations to place their requirements before it so that they may be considered when the committee is framing its estimates for next year. The committee, in its circular, states that this course is being adopted as the council must live within its estimates, and in order to avoid disappointment in the future the committee asks the sesociations to 'submit their requirements, now.
