ELECTION PETITION

In connection with the Oamaru election petition, set down for hearing by the Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Adams on 9th February, Sir Robert Stout understands an application will be made I for an adjournment of the hearing of the petition, and this will likely be granted by the Court.
