ORDERS FOR TOULON
FRENCH WARSHIPS TO. BE READY

PARIS, 29th January. The naval authorities of Toulon have received orders, that the battleship Strassbourg shall be ready to leave zt a moment's notice .for the Near East. The dispatch of destroyers and submarines to Eastern waters is also contemplated.
