. LAUSANNE, 28th January. The only bright side of the Lausanne picture at present is the- Russian offer to find a home in RussiaV for a considerable number of Armenians. It is proT posed to settle the Armenians in North Georgia. The^ussians can only provide the land. The Armenians must depend on international aid to build-their own buildings. The Armenians are pleased with the offer, and will now negotiate with the Russians for a settlement of details.
