LOWER HUTT PIGEON CLUB
- The first lace for young homing pigeons to be held under the auspices of the Lower Hutt Homing Pigeon Club took place on Saturday last, when 21 .birds,, which had been railed to Hunterville the previous day, were liberated for their return trip to Lower Hutt. The result of the race was as follows :— First. D. Teale's Zannisful; second, Messrs. Silva's and Sundjjren's Slowcoach. A further match from Taihape will take place next Saturday.
