BERLIN, 28th January. After prohibiting the Fascist demonstrations, the .Bavarian Government ailowed them to proceed. The meetings at Munich were poorly attended, but : trouble was feared. 'Later, a state of emergency was proclaimed at Gera, where some hundreds of the reactionary Rosbach \Brigada, partly-armed, were ar-_ rested en route for Munich. ■/Reports from Essen state that the Germans! aye removing rolling stock as quickly as possible in anticipation of the completion of the Customs cordon. '
