PARIS, 27th January. The Allied experts in the' Ruhr have obtained, documentary evidence proving that the Germans systematically understated the industrial output of the Ruhr in 1922, which, contrary to the pessimistic reports, was one of the most successful years. The Ruhr/produced 1,605,----000 tons of cast iron in the la,st three months of 1922, compared with . 1,885,-! 000 tons for a similar period in 1913.
