SHORTT'S THEATRE,
A strong and wholesome story: called "While Satan Sleeps" is being shown at Shortt's Theatre, and gives Jack Holt, the noted screen star, one of the most highly-dramatic roles. Peter B. Kyjie's article in the " Satarday Evening Post " is the basis on which tte drama is founded. It contains both comedy and pathos in profusion, and is enacted by an excellent cast, including Fritzi Brunette, Betty Francisco, .Herbert ' Standing, Sylvia Ashton, Fred Huntley, and J. P. Lockney. Jack Holt has.the unusual role of 1 a fighting parson.. A prologue, "Belgium Smiles Again," a comedy, "ToTchy and Orange Blossoms," and a Gazette complete an excellent programme.
