COMMUNICATIONS CUT OFF.

(Received 27th January, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 26th January.

■ Practically the whole of South-West Ireland is telegraphically cut off from Dublin. The affected area is served by a railway, which recently suffered intensely, and ' consequently pai'ts are now inaccessible by rail. Cutting the telegraphs has increase^ the alarm of the Civil Guard. The barracks at Dundrum were destroyed by fire.
