The "New York Times" Washington correspondent states that the Treasury Department informed a correspondent that negotiations with the British DebtFunding' Commission may be resumed early next week after the British Commission confers with the Home Government. It is possible Sir Auckland Geddes will act for Britain in future negotiations, and that he will meet the American Commission next week.
