SUSPENDS 'ALL TRAFFIC.

AMSTERDAM, 26th January. Railway traffic between Hollaed and .Westphalia is completely suspended. Dusseldorf station is closed owing to the staff's passive resistance.

The French authorities have seized 300 million marks drawn from the Reichsbank, Dortmund, which were intended for wages. In consequenoe all the Dortmund bank's have closed their doore.
