CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The New Zealand Trotting Associa tion yesterday considered in committet the fraudulent nomination of the registered trotting mare Dora Derby as Traylace at the Tapanui Racing Club's Annual Meeting on 15th February. Th« following resolutions were carried: "That Archibald Campbell Sim, together with Traylace, otherwise Dora Derby and any other horses he may own or' control, be disqualified for life in accordance with the corrupt practices rules; that Thomas Melville Sim be disqualified for life; that James Proctor Nichoison be disqualified for two years; that the parties'" found guilty be mulcted in the coat of the incuucy/-
