(REUTERS TELEGRAM.) (Received 11th January, 11 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 10th Jan. Renewed optimisim is apparent at Angora. It is believed that Britain is J ready to make concessions regarding Mosul acceptable to the National Assembly. Nevertheless, warlike preparations continue. Three classes of recruits are being called up, representing fifty thousand men, in the newly-occupied Vilayets.
