PROPERTY IN FRANCE

FOREIGNERS' RIGHT TO BUY

RETROSPECTIVE RESTRICTIONS.

(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTIHB3T.)

(AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.)

(Eeceived 11th January, 9.30 a.m.)

PARIS, 10th January.

It abrogates British companies' right under the Treaty of 1862. It is contended that the depreciation of the franc has placed Frenchmen under a disadvantage in competition with foreign nationals.
