LONDON, 10th January.
A police raid in tha Irish quarter of Liverpool resulted in the arrest of Patrick Walsh, Patrick Courtney and his son John, aged eighteen, who were remanded on a charge of possessing ammunition without authority.
The prosecution stated that the police found ten thousand rounds of revolver ammunition, a Mai»er pistol, and a ma-chine-gun, which, it is believed, were intended for the Irish irregulars.
