EXPECTED IN ESSEN
FRENCH FORCES THIS MORNING.

AMSTERDAM, ,10th January. Newspapers from Berlin state that the French will occupy Essen on Thursday morning. A Mayence wire says that the Irencn Moroccan troops are passing through, and a portion of the troops stationed at Wiesbaden are on the march. Troops occupy the railway stations in territory held'by the French.
