POWERLESS TO CHANGE
AMERICA AND FRENCH MOVE.
NEW YORK, 9th January.
The "New York Thnes's" Washington correspondent says that the Administration is convinced that no action by the United States at this time would change the plans in regard to the French invasion of the Ruhr.
The French Government has had ample time to consider the attitude of the American Government, and it is felt that further action by the United States might cause considerable bad feeling among the French.
