NEW P. AND 0. LINER.
The new P. and 0. liner Moldavia is now in Australian waters. She was constructed to replace the vessel of the same name lost through enemy action during the war. Of 16,000 tons gross register, the Moldavia, like her sister ship,. the Mongolia, has accommodation • for 222 first and 175 second-class passengersj a total of 397 on three decks. The new steamer <»rries all passengers above ths upper deck—i.e., on the promenade, shade, and shelter decks. Although^oi approximately the same tonnage and length, the Naldeva and Narkunda, which have been in commissioif-for some time, carry 688 first and second saloon passengers on four decks. The first and second saloon promenade decks of the Moldavia provide ample space for games, dancing, and other forms of amusement.
