From Bremen to the island resort of VVangeroog, a distance similar to that from London to Thanet, about 70 miles, the aeroplane faro is 2s 6d. From Berlin to Hamburg, 178 miles, costs 8s 6d, and from Berlin to Dresden 112 miles, 63 3d. The 178 miles from Berlin to Hamburgtakes less than two hours. By train the journey occupies about five hours. The longest flight from a German aerodrome, Berlin to Riga, about 800 miles, costs 255. A new aeroplane service between Berlin and Danzig; is to be started soon.
