Two young fellows who came from rival towns were discussing tho merits oi their respective mayors. Rivalry was running, and merit was being balanced by jnent. "We've got a real, proper mayor, we have, in our town," said one. "So have we," retorted the other. "Ay, but ours has a collar and chain! Has yourn?" "No, but we can trust our ohag—we. let him go about loose!"
