Mr. H. Atmoie (Nelson) gave notica in the House of Represehtativeg of a. question asking tie Prime Minister to place under the Public/ Service Commissioner's control the Railway Department's employees and those of all other Departments not' at present under that control? ':
The Prime Minister said that he would answer the question at once. "My an swer," he said, __^is in the negative so, far as the Railway" Department is concerned.
Mr. Atmore : "An 3 what about the others?" • . /
The Prime Minister said the question had better go on the, Order Paper.
