The Siemens Company has closed it« Werner works, rendering,' 10,000 men idle. Its action followed threats of violence, owing to the dismissal of a shop steward.
The Allgenreine Electric Company dismissed 10,000 employees from one of its works, owing to some rnsn adopting a go-slow policy. ■
