Robert Home (Chancellor of the Exchequer) hae . informed Mr. Havelock .Wilson that the first instalment of iMQQ.QQO out, of £5,000,000 earmarked from German reparations for the dependants of 17,000 British seamen killed as a result of the submarine campaign against merchant shipe is now available t»r distribution.
