The crew decided to ask tlieir employer to request the captain to leave pdrt in order to avoid far-reaching strife. (Received 28th August, noon.) -ROME, 27th August."9 The Fascisti threaten to boycott British steamers at Italian ports if Italian ships manned by Fascisti ,are boycotted Jn Britain. They point out that Italian unions approved of the manning of the ships by Fascisti.
