PARIS, 29th August. , , The police have received foreign advice that a German officer succeeded in crossing the frontier, and is now en route to or in Paris with a- special mission to assasainate the Premier, M. Poincare. The police are systematically searching Paris -suburban hotels.
-It is believed that the officer was formerly assistant miftUry attach* at th« German. Embassy at Prague. PARIS, 26th August. The police responsible for the safety of M. Poincaxe arrested a man who is believed to belong to the. German secret organisation which was responsible for the murder of Dr. Rathenau. i
