Anti-cyclonic. . conditions ,have ruled over New Zealand, and the weather, has been mostly^ fine. The, past two nights locally Ijave been very cold, tho grass thermometer recor'dmg frosts yesterday and this morning of 13 and 10 degrees respectively. The forecast is for variable winds, moderate _to strong. Fine weather is likely to give place to dull and misty conditions, and rain will probably follow in. tho ( West Coast an! southernmost districts. .
