REDUCED WAGES
BRITISH LABOUR BALLOT. (Received July 29, 1 p.m.) ■ ' LONDON, 28th! July. A ballot taken by the Federation of Engineering and Shipbuilding Unions resulted : 32,069 against, and 16,064 for the acceptance of the reduction of the war bonus, but as there was not a twothirds majority against acceptance there will be no stoppage.
