Revolution in the kitchens of,- large Atlantic liners in the near future is foreshadowed by, the /installation on the White Star liner Pitisburg (16,500 tons) of a giant electric apparatus capable of cooking meals for the email community in an exceedingly short time.. Utility and economy are the two main v features claimed for this' innovation in sea cookery, it being held possible by a 6eries of electric switches td follow up the roasting of a side of beef, by the grilling of a 'small chop,' and yet not lose a degree of heat.
