MAN STILL MISSING

There is still no trace of the man Judd, who was recently reported to the . police as missing. Judd is one of the old identities of-. Petone, where he has carried on the work of a gardener and. general. labourer for many years past.' Latterly, however, lie. has been living at Eastbourne, where he was "baching" with a man named Swaysland, who is employed by the Eastbourne Borough Council as rubbish carter. On Saturday Judd went by boat and rail to Petone, and was last seen leaving the Wqrlringmcn's Club, wliere he had executed a; commission for Swaysland. As far as can be known, he intended to return to Eastbourne by rail and boat, but it is possible he may have determined to return by the road, though it would seem that the possibility of disappearance in that case would be very small.
