.(DOTTED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPIKI.HT.) (Received July 12, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. During the last few months eight "vessels have arrived from Eastern ports with smallpox on board; two have landed suspected cases of plague, and one has landed a definite case of plague.
