(Received July 12, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 10th July. ■ The Soviet Government has refused the request of the Archbishop of Canterbury to be allowed to send a commission to Russia to inquire into the Soviet Government's alleged seizure of church property and its attitude towards the Church in Russia.
