■LONDON, 9th July. The Daily Mail's Athens cor-respondent 'states tftat he learns from a well-informed source that the Boyal Council has decided to proclaim martial law in Greece, and to mobilise 100,000 more men for the army, and to complete arrangements to march upon Constantinople. The Daily Mail understands that secret concentrations q| troops are taking place in Thrace, and that 70,000 Greeks in Constantinople are ready to support the army when the signal is given. Munitions are being unloaded at Smyrna.
