TIMETABLES AFIECTED,
(UHITEB PMSI ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIGHT.) (ADBTBALIAN - MIT ZEALAND CAILI ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 4th July. The Labour Board has declared that the striking railway workshop workers are outlawed. They cannot return to their positions. Mr. Gompers (president of the American Federation of Labour), in protesting against this action, calls it Bolshevism and an attempt to dissolve the unions. He asks whether the board can dissolve the railway executive's organisation. The Labour Board will meet the Maintenance of Way Workers' Union, 400,000 of whom voted for a strike to-day, and will attempt an adjustment of the wages and overtime issue. Reports throughput the country indicate that the greater number of the shop workers are on strike,' and the train schedules are affected,, .
