THE EARTH'S MAGNETISM
Dr. L. A. Bauer, Director of the Department- of Terrestrial Magnetism at the, Carnegie Institute, Washington, who is on a short visit to Wellington, has consented to deliver a lecturo i under tho auspices of the Wellington Philosophical Society, at the Dominion Museum to-morrow evening. He: will talk about "The Earth's Magnetism and Electricity," a subject which is not only of. great scientific importance but. has many features of general interest. This lecture, like all those held by the society ,_ is not reserved to> members of the society,; all who are interested will bo welcomed.
