Concerning the No. 3 Block, now being supplied by the Council, householders are hereby notified that from now onwards milk,will be supplied by roundsmen only iri oxohange for coupons, and that such roundsmen are not permitted to sell any milk for cash or to make any departure whatsoever: from tho coupon system which has been prescribed. Cream coupons must not be tondored to any roundsmen prior to 9th July, but, meanwhile, any cream required by householders : may be obtained at licensed dairies for cash as heretofore. R. E.
