LONDON, 21st June.
Tanned by his eight months of travel, the Prince of Wales returned to London to-day. Ho received a spontaneous arid magnificent welcome. On his arrival at Paddington, he was affectionately greeted by tho King and Queen, Queen Alexandra, Princess Mary, and other members of tho Royal party. He shook hands with Mr. Lloyd George, the Japanese Ambassador, and other people on the platform, including members of Cabinet, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Mayor of London, and Earl Beatty. After tho official reception the King "and the Prince of Wales, with the Duke of York, and Prince Henry opposite them, drove in an open landau at the head of a procession along the flagdecorated and crowded streets to Buckingham Palace, to the accompaniment of continuous cheering.
