BYLAW BREACHES
Additional bylaw cases were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon. Fines were, imposed as follow:—Henry Allen Maddock (leaving offensive matter on Marine-parade, Island Bay), 20s and costs; Christopher F. Hegh (unregistered dog), costs 7s; Elizabeth Loc]» (unregistered dog), 10s and costs; 'Dorothy Vile (unregistered dog), costs 7s; tames Phillips (offensive refuse and harbouring rats), 10s and costs on each charge.
