The excellent display of motor tires, tubes, milking machine connections, and general domestic rubber goods, made by the above company at the., Metropolitan Show, now on at Palmerston, is an interesting one, and thoroughly in keeping with the extensive nature of the firm's business. They are importers and distributors of everything pertaining to manufactured rubber, and specialise in motor tires, tubes, and milking machine rubbers; and some indication of the thoroughness and businesslike lines the company is founded on may be gathered from the quotation scon on its printed matter—viz. ; "We have it in stock, will get it, or it isn't made of rubber." On inspection of the stand it would, we think, be hardly possible to suggest one thing in rubber goods that is not there, and to fully appreciate the extent of the company's operations it need only be mentioned that its head office is in Christchureh, with branches in the South Island at Dnnedhi and Invercargill, and in the North Island at Auckland, Hamilton, Hawera, and 'Palmerston North. sons interested. The display includes motor tires, motor-cycle tires, cycle and pram tires, solid rubber gig tires, motor and machinery- belting,' including' the famous Balata belting. All manner of rubber surgical appliances, rubber heels, soles, the -Hipress brand rubber footwear, of men's, women's, and children's gum boots, tennis shoes, goloshes, fishermen's waders, and stockings, etc. The company always carry in stock the better makes of motor tires and tubes, including the American "Akron" fabric and cord tires, of which they hold the sole New Zealand agency. They also stock Kenyon, Goodnch, Spencer Moulton, Nobby, and Chain Tread tires, and at the Palmerston branch they have .installed a plant for the repair of tires and tubes. This has been placed under the charge of a competent repairer, and will undoubtedly be found a great convenience.
