THE MANAWATU AUCTIONEERING COMPANY. Palmerstoa North.

The Manawatu Auctioneering} Co,, 112, Cuba-street, Palmerston North, have added to their' agencies the "Droutlege" milking machine. That they have decided to handle this successful milking plant is an important, matter to every dairy fanner in the district. Merit- alone decided them. in their choice. They know a good thing, and their expert is most enthusiastic about its splendid milking capacity, its sound mechanical construction, and its wonderful simplicity. The fact that they have chosen this machine from among the many others offered to them is proof that they consider the ' 'Droutlege'' the best milking machine on the market, and in,this decision their judgment is borne out by the fact that some years ago the Farmers' Union Trading Co., Ltd., of Auckland, the largest commercial house in New Zealand, composed of dairy farmers, chose the "Droutlege" against all other competitors, and they are still selling it, and giving splendid satisfaction. We must here state, however, that the Farmers' Union Trading Co., of Auckland, sell the "Droutlege" under the name of the Unity milking machine, this being their own registered trade name. The "Droutlege" patent spitting releaser is a leading feature in the machine. It is now universally popular, many large companies having bought a portion of the patent rights, and others are using it by paying royalty. This releaser was first known as the Eureka pulsating releaser, as some years ago Mr. Droutlege invented the Eureka milking machine and afterwards called his releaser after it. The "Droutlege" milking machines have now been on the market for about fifteen years. They are thoroughly up-to-date^and embody every improvement known to the art in milking machine construction. The management of the milking machine department is under the care of Mr. George Simpson, who has been in close, asaociation with the milking machine industry for many years. The company's auction mart is well stocked with all kinds of produce and merchandise, and regular mart sales are held on Thursdays and Saturdays of each week. When visiting the Show, give the company a call.
