GANE MILKING MACHINES. Two Distinct Types. See Them at the Show.

Everyone will admit that a thoroughly sanitary milking machine will increase the Dominion's revenue by many thousands of pounds. Clean milking machines produce a better quality of milk than hand milking. In this respect special interest attaches to the new sanitary machine which has just been put on the market by the Gane Milking Machine Proprietary. The machine is now on view at the National Dairy Show at Paimerston North, and is a wonderful specimen of modern invention. No black or galvanised piping is used. All the piping is solid-drawn Banitary nickelled tubing, with a very smooth interior, and connected by slip-on joints; and the whole machine can be taken down in a few minutes without the .aid of a spanner or any tool. With the Gane machine cleanliness is assured. There will be no possible excuse for farmers having dirty machines where the Gane is installed. There- are two distinct types of the Gane machine, each being suited to particular purposes. For instance, the mechanical milker is probably best1 suited to small herds, while the automatic is more for larger herds. Both machines are fitted with the Automatic release'r, and the 'Automatic pulsator machine is so designed as to be fitted with any class o£ cups. Two very fine engines are also exhibited on the stand.
