PUBLIC WORKS
CONDITIONS AND WAGES,
The Public Works section of the New Zealand Workers' Union met the Minister of Public Works this morning as a preliminary to the drafting of a new agreement covering the conditions of work and wages. .The main grievances of the men are now being placed before the Minister and later the actual agreement will be considered at a conference of the men with the engineers^ of the ■Public Works Department.
