CONFIRMATION OF REPORTS
(Received June 19, 10 a.m.) ' LONDON, 17th June. The Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent confirms, the reports that German monarchists are brewing fresh plots. A proclamation by Ludendorff has been telegraphed to the powerful union of Nationalist soldiers, which has proclaimed that its first aim is the erection of a monarchy standing above political parties. Correspondents agree that there is a, likelihood of Ludendorjf and friends attempting a coup d'etat.
