An interesting experiment, that of conveying milk from South Africa to London, has resulted successfully. The milk was sterilsed at a temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit by a Danish process.at Pietermaritzburg, and carried in a steamer's cool-room. It was landed in London five, weeks afterwards in perfect condition.
