SYDNEY, This Day. As the result of the Daily Telegraph's investigations regarding , the wine-bars in the city, the Minister of Justice proposes to amend the liquor laws to deal with them. The police declare that there is no need for special action at the present time, as they are keeping a strict eye on the saloons.
