The barque Laura, which arrived yesterday, encountered hardly a day'c fair weather in her sixteen days' trip. She sailed from Awanui on 31st May with a full cargo of pine, and ran into the gale which wrecked the Wiltshire. After a troublesome period she encountered another gale off Lord Howe Island, and finally met a hurricane off the coast at the end of her journey. The Laura will load a cargo of poles at Port Stephens for Bluff.
